To celebrate the holidays, I've created black and white variant editions of my Storm, Gambit, and Jean Grey (1990s Costume) paintings. With that said, in order to do this, it took a lot more effort than just a simple "convert to black and white" button click. Since my paintings were originally created in color, the shadowing and lighting differed from the color to black and white transition. I had to re-lighten, re-darken, and re-highlight select portions on all three paintings in order to capture the essence of the original-colored versions. Lastly, I hope everyone enjoys these special variants as much as everyone has enjoyed the original-colored versions. I love them both. I thank you all for the continuous support!
