The painting “Storm: Winter Heart” was released on March 5, 2015, as part of my Thr3e mini-series. This piece is my official debut as an established artist. This painting is symbolic of my life, told through my favorite superhero: X-Men’s Storm. It expresses my solace. Art is solace; art is vision. I found solace in what I paint. It's an attempt to discover who I am at the moment. With tears came solace and surrender, pardon and courage, my ability to restore myself. This painting represents the purity of my past when I was much younger. The purity that winter brings us each season. I’m grateful to God for giving me the ability to define myself through forms of art that cannot be contorted.
